Many Ghanaians are angry that three of Ghana’s top soccer stars – Michael Essien, Sulley Mutari and Asamoah Gyan, showed gross disrespect to the Republic of Ghana.

They failed to travel with the national team, the Black Stars, on Monday night to Angola, without the permission of the Head Coach, Milovan Rajevac. We are sure many Ghanaians would even be more angry when they realise that the three stayed behind, to allegedly shoot a commercial for a mobile phone company, MTN.

By the way, if the three players happen to be injured whilst playing for their various clubs before the 2010 World Cup, will Ghana withdraw? No, we will go ahead and participate. A word to the wise, is… They are dispensable!

well let see what happen..because...we all know this three player are one of our best key players.so we all cant ignore them..although what they did was bad...they need to be forgiven and call to play the match..G.F.A will not even be more happy without this players.so they should not boast so much...come on...let call them...

First of all, I am disappointed in the players for missing the trip . That being said, I don't understand why people believe the under 20 players can take their place. The senior world cup is a whole different ball game. If they kicked essien, muntari and gyan out of the team, the same people who called for their sacking will hurl insults at the coach after we lose heavily. You can't have your cake and eat it. Best thing to do is to demote essien from vice captain and fine them their winning bonuses.

LOOK HOW THE SITUATION IS IN GHANA NOW PEOPLE DONT BLAME THE PRESIDENT FOR THAT. WHY PEOPLE ARE BLAMING THIS BOYS? WHY DONT YOU ASKED THEM THE REASON WHY.? HAVE THEY DONE THAT BEFORE.? THEY DIDNT PEOMISE NOBODY. LOOK AT THE PROMISES THAT THE PRESIDENT GIVE TO GHANA AND COULDNT GO BY IT. IS A MATTER TO TELL THEM NOT TO DO IT AGAIN. IF THE PRESIDENT CAN DO IT, WHY THE PLAYERS CANT.?

Ghanaians are too myopic, essien, sully and gyan are not the only players in ghana the young ones should also be given the opportunity to exibit their talents rather than always focusing on these 3 players are they the only footballers in ghana.give the young a chance
