Misconduct against Papa Yunus, masseur of Wa All Stars and Supporters of the Club in connection with their Glo Premier League match against Medeama FC at Wa on 21st October, 2012.
FINDINGS
The Committee finds Papa Yunus and Wa All Stars guilty as charged.
DECISION:
The Committee imposes:
(a) The Committee has taken into consideration the plea of Wa All Stars and the fact that they did not waste its time and rather pleaded for leniency.
The committee has taken these factors into consideration and accordingly fines Wa All Stars GH¢ 3,000.00 as per GFA Regulation 39(7) (a).
(b) On Papa Yunus, a 6-month ban from all GFA approved activities in line with GFA regulation 39(1) (a).
