The senior national team the Black Stars have beaten the Pharaohs of Egypt by three goals to nil in a friendly match ahead of the AFCON 2013 tournament in South Africa at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium stadium in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu scored in the 18th minute through a header from a Mubarak Wakaso free kick at the right flank of the corner.

Dnipro holding midfielder Derek Boateng replaced captain Anthony Annan in the 25th minute after an injury.

Ghana doubled the scorline in the 54th minute through substitute striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom after a Kwadwo Asamoah pass in the 18-yard box.

Al Ain striker and Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan rounded up the score in the 81st minute after Christian Atsu 's great pass.
